• Pool and spa heat to same temp (spa is not a hot tub and does not include jets)
• Heating system may not function effectively in temps below 50°F
• No refunds provided for low temps during cold weather

• Free parking available (no parking on grass or blocking sidewalks)
• No RVs, trailers, buses, boats, golf carts, or commercial vehicles permitted

Grill Use

• Grill use is not permitted at this home. Please do not attempt to use any grills on the premises. Violations of this policy may result in additional charges or removal from the property.

Housekeeping & Trash

• This is a self-catering home; a starter kit is provided, but we recommend a grocery stop upon arrival
• No daily housekeeping is included; mid-stay cleanings are available for an additional fee
• Please dispose of trash daily in the bins provided

• Only Amazon deliveries are accepted at the resort. We recommend being present for all other shipments. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
